By accessing or using Our Chalice Community of Prayer Site at www.chaliceprayer.org, you signify that you have read the following Terms of Use and accept and agree to be bound by them, whether or not you create an account on Chalice Community of Prayer. Chalice (Canada) reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of the Terms of Use at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to the Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to the Terms of Use. As a Catholic prayer site we ask you to treat all members with charity and respect, and for this reason personal attacks will be deleted as soon as they become known to us. Chalice (Canada) may reject, refuse to post or delete any content or messages which may be offensive or illegal. Eligibility You must be 13 years or older to create an account. By creating an account on Chalice Community of Prayer, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with the Terms of Use. Chalice (Canada) does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to create an account. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to create an account on Chalice Community of Prayer or send any information about yourself to Chalice (Canada), including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. For minors between the ages of 13 and 16 we require parental consent, with a phone number and email required for verification.
